An Evaluation of the Implementation of a Specialized Treatment of Sexual Offenders Program

The implementation process of a treatment program for sexual offenders was assessed using models developed by Lewis and by McLaughin and Provus. The program successfully adapted to its environment and appears to be successful in accomplishing its goals; however, long-term viability is threatened by the lack of an effective strategy for long-term financing.
